"We made a big move from Florida back to Ohio. Patti was wonderful and willing to go the extra mile to help us view houses available that we were interested in since we were unable to make a trip to view them ourselves! We have never bought a house before without seeing it in person but Patti showed us the houses by FaceTime showings which made it seems almost like we were there to see the house ourselves! Although this process probably isn’t conventional, it worked for us and now we are home owners and love the house that we selected! Once we arrived from Florida to do final walk through, it was everything we had hoped it would be! Couldn’t be more satisfied! Thanks so much Patti!"

There were some complications due to county offices and the new land survey. Patti was relentless in tracking down the necessary information for the loan officer.
