Staging a home takes some time and may cost a little money but staged homes generally sell at a higher price and in less time. How a home looks in listing photos immediately impacts whether buyers decide to view the property in person or even make an offer. 96% of home buyers search online, so the first impression is important!  Decluttering is key. Brighten up spaces by painting in neutral colors,  natural lighting or placing light fixtures in dark areas. If the home is vacant staging the home will create a lot more interest in it. Sometimes it is hard for buyers to see how they would live in empty rooms, so staging with a little furniture and decor helps to create a more spacious and inviting atmosphere. Don't forget to stage some curb appeal! 50% of the buyers decision is made from the street, create a bright, clutter free entry that makes buyers want to see the rest of the home.
